PROJECT MANAGER:
B.Tech/B.E., M.S. or MBA with 6+ years experience (at least 2 years of which should be in Project Management, preferably web-based projects). The Project Manager will have total responsibility for the project and its team, and will be involved in project planning, control, requirement gathering, project costs, managing resources, clients' relationships, and sales efforts.

SOLUTION ARCHITECT:
B.Tech/B.E., MCA with 5+ years experience and knowledge of OOAD, UML, development and design using COM/DCOM or Java Servlets/Java Beans/JSP/EJB, and internet development technologies (like WebSphere, siteserver, open market, broadvision, XML, WML / WAP). Experience in multitier Internet application design with at least 3 years' experience in leading a team of developers, is essential. Should be able to architect large-scale ebusiness solutions on NT, Linux and Solaris platforms.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER / PROJECT LEADER:
B.Tech/B.E., MCA with 3-5 years experience in development of web-based systems using Visual Age, Visual Studio, ASP, Active X, Java server, and database technologies (XML, XMLC, etc.). Experience in developing systems using COM/DCOM technology and principles. Should have knowledge of eCommerce applications and technologies and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST:
B.Tech/B.E., MCA with 3+ years experience in client interfacing, business development skills, exposure to eCommerce projects, development of web-based systems using XML, XMLC, Java, JSP, Java Beans, EJB. Ability to gather information, assess business requirements, evaluate technical feasibility and be able to derive systems specifications from business requirements, is desirable.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER:
B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science), MCA with 2-4 years experience in Internet / Client Server environment. Good design and process knowledge and experience in developing business solutions. Experience in any three of the following is necessary: Java, Java Servlets, Java Beans, JSP, EJB, Visual Age, Visual Studio, ASP, Active-X, XML, XMLC, CGI, PERL , MOD-PERL.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST:
B.Tech/B.E., MCA from a reputed Institute, with 4+ years experience in software development (including 2+ in testing), knowledge of software life cycle processes, familiarity with testing and stress testing tools and a solid understanding of web based applications, is necessary.
