The eManage Channel Partner Program Offer to be value-added resellers of 'eManage' are spectrum of Sales.
The Channel Partner must employee at least One 'eManage Certified Professional (ECP)' for preliminary training of 'eManage' to customers.
'eManage' takes the implementation, customization and support responsibility according to type of service purchased with 'eManage'.

2. eManage Service Partners
The eManage Service Partner Program Offer to be responsible for extending the functionality of 'eManage' software by developing customised reports, data entry screens and/or add-ons plugins.
The Service Partner must employee at least two eManage Certified Service Engineers (ECSE) for Service and Support to its clients.
The Service Partner will implement, customize and support 'eManage'.
