All runtime bugs are to be taken care by Software Problem Report System (SPRS) and can be automated implemented with every offshore project and around 73% percent problems can be resolved by SPRS using our offshore support software.
Maintenance
This is an on-going activity and can take place at our Software Development Centers depending on the nature of the agreement. In case it is done at our centers, updates/releases/patches are sent to the client at agreed intervals for implementation.
