Our engineers, your floor
The engineer who studies your process configures the system and trains each role on site. No reseller, no hand-off.
Manufacturing ERP for textile and engineering plants. Twelve industry editions, gate to GST on one database, set up on site by our own engineers.
eManage editions use the floor's own vocabulary: Greige roll, KPO, Shade lot, Heat number, ITC-04, Piece-rate slip, Bundle WIP, Count-wise yield, Job-work challan, E-way bill, Beam plan, Coil stock, Plating lot, PPAP, RDSO inspection, Doff, Recipe card, Size-ratio packing, Cone weight, Die strokes.

GATE
The guard scans the challan QR on eGate. The store sees the inward, with photos, before the truck is unloaded.
STORE
Weight comes from the scale, not a register. Each roll gets a tag with lot, rack and quantity on one record.
FLOOR
Cutting, stitching, heat treat or plating: output and rejection are entered per stage, and piece-rate wages come from the same entry.
QUALITY
Inspection results stay on the lot. A lot on hold cannot be packed or invoiced until it is released.
DISPATCH
The packing list, e-invoice and e-way bill are generated from one dispatch entry, consignee by consignee.
OWNER
Production, stock, dispatch, dues and QC holds, by plant and by edition, without asking anyone for a sheet.
Quotations, orders and delivery schedules by party and style.
Material and capacity planned from open orders and stock.
Purchase orders, GRNs and challans to outside processors.
Job cards, routings, output and rejection by stage.
Lots, rolls, heats and racks across every store.
Inspection plans, results and holds on each lot.
Actual cost per order, lot and process.
Books, e-invoice, e-way bill, ITC-04 and TDS.
Attendance, piece-rate wages, ESI and PF.
SINCE 2000 · LUDHIANA
The engineer who studies your process configures the system and trains each role on site. No reseller, no hand-off.
A named engineer on phone and WhatsApp who already knows your masters and print formats.
Greige rolls, heat numbers and piece-rate slips are built into the editions. Configuration starts from your trade, not from zero.
E-invoice, e-way bill and ITC-04 come from the same sale, purchase and job-work entries. Nothing is typed twice.
Four Android apps for the people who never sit at a desk: guards, storekeepers, inspectors and the managers who approve.

eManage is manufacturing ERP software made in Ludhiana, Punjab, since 2000. It comes in 12 industry editions: six for textile (garment, knitting, weaving, dyeing, spinning, woolen) and six for engineering (fastener, hand tool, auto component, sheet metal, tractor parts, railway parts). Orders, stock, production, quality, job work, GST e-invoicing and payroll run on one database, and our own engineers implement it on site. More than 500 plants use it.
Pricing depends on the edition, number of users and whether you host on the cloud or your own server. We quote after a short process study so the number covers implementation and training, not just licences. The demo and the study are free.
A single-plant unit typically goes live in 4 to 6 weeks. Foundries and multi-plant groups take 6 to 10 weeks because routings and inspection plans are set up per drawing. The eManage team does this on site.
Masters, opening stock, outstanding balances and open orders are migrated by our team. Tally can continue for statutory books during the first quarter if your accountant prefers; most clients retire it after the first GST filing from eManage.
Either. Most clients run on the cloud and use it from the plant, the office and their phones. Units with restricted internet run it on a server in the plant with the same features.
