Piece-rate payroll software, calculated from production

eManage payroll calculates piece-rate wages from the production entries the floor already makes: bundles completed in stitching, pieces finished in an operation, or quantities on a job card, multiplied by the agreed operation rate. Shift and monthly staff are paid from attendance, and both are combined with overtime, advances, ESI and PF into one payroll, while labour cost flows to the orders that used it.

THE PROBLEM

What goes wrong before eManage

The same gaps show up in plant after plant, long before anyone calls them a system problem.

Separate wage slips

Operators fill slips that are re-counted and typed into a wage sheet.

Disputes every pay day

Counts differ between supervisor, operator and accounts.

Same work counted twice

Bundles passed between operators are claimed more than once.

Labour cost unknown per order

Wages are a monthly total with no link to the orders that used them.

ON THE FLOOR

How it works in eManage, step by step

Production and payroll read the same entry.

  1. Set rates. Operation rates are defined per style or product and approved.
  2. Record work. Bundles or pieces are entered against operators as they are completed.
  3. Check. Supervisors confirm daily counts; duplicates are blocked.
  4. Add attendance. Shift and staff attendance comes from the register or biometric device.
  5. Process payroll. Earnings, overtime, advances, ESI and PF are calculated together.
  6. Cost the order. Labour cost flows to the orders that used it.
