Information We Collect Online
eManage Software collects information that you voluntarily provide through contact, demo, application, email, and chat interactions. We also process limited technical and interaction data—such as page paths, campaign identifiers, browser information, and confirmed conversion events—according to your cookie preferences.
Browser analytics events do not include the name, email address, phone number, location, message, salary, or résumé supplied in a form. When marketing measurement is accepted and a form is successfully submitted, Meta Conversions API may receive normalized, SHA-256-hashed contact identifiers together with permitted browser and network information for attribution and event matching. The access token used for this server connection is never exposed to the browser.
Use or Disclosure of Information
We may make any disclosure of material posted to public areas of our web site such as chat rooms, but otherwise, except as stated above, we will not share or disclose information except in the following cases: we may disclose any information to protect our rights or property, to enforce our terms of use and legal notices, or as required or permitted by operation of law or the request of government regulators or other law enforcement officials and the courts (including the issuance of a valid subpoena). We shall have no duty to notify you of such compliance with the law.
Cookies and Measurement Technologies
Necessary storage supports security and form processing. Google Analytics 4 measures site usage, Google Ads measures eligible enquiries when configured, and Meta Pixel with Meta Conversions API measures interactions and confirmed outcomes. These systems may use first-party identifiers, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers.
Analytics and advertising measurement are enabled when a page loads. Campaign attribution may be retained for up to 90 days. You can limit or delete cookies using your browser controls and can also use the privacy and advertising controls offered by Google and Meta. Blocking these technologies may reduce the accuracy of campaign and enquiry attribution.
Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on protected form pages for fraud and abuse prevention. Embedded maps and links to third-party websites may also process technical information under their own policies. Review the privacy terms of those services before providing information to them.
Security
eManage Software will make reasonable efforts to use the latest appropriate security technologies to ensure that the information its users provide is secure. However, eManage Software would like to remind its users that the Internet is not a secure environment and technology is no substitute for common sense. For this reason, we strongly encourage each user to keep login names and passwords secret and to change passwords when they may have become compromised. Furthermore, we recommend that our users communicate over secure channels wherever possible, disable the automatic login features found in some browsers, and empty their browser caches regularly.
